Yes. Each Nival climbing short is designed to be worn comfortably with a climbing harness. A flat waistband, stretch fabric, and strategic seams ensure complete freedom of movement without discomfort or chafing.
Nival technical shorts use the same fabrics as our climbing pants, developed with our textile partner DE LICACY. Abrasion-resistant, they're ideal for intensive use on cliffs or bouldering.
Wash your technical shorts at 30°C without fabric softener, then let them air dry. Avoid tumble drying and ironing; this preserves the stretch fibers and technical finishes such as water-repellent treatments.
Yes! Our climbing shorts are unisex , and many female climbers wear them daily. For a looser, more comfortable style—a popular choice in climbing right now—we recommend simply sizing up.
